Submit Your Application
Complete our online application form. You will need to provide basic personal information, housing history, and upload a valid photo ID (driver's license or state ID).
Application Review
Our team reviews your application to understand your needs, housing history, and eligibility. We evaluate each application with care and without judgment.
Initial Consultation
A Noni E Gene team member will contact you to schedule a brief phone or in-person consultation to discuss your housing needs and available options.
Documentation & Verification
We will verify your identification and any supporting documents. Our team will guide you through any additional paperwork required.
Home Placement
Once approved, we match you with an available room in one of our Bay Area shared homes that best fits your needs and preferences.
Move In & Settle
Welcome home! Our team will walk you through house rules, introduce you to housemates, and ensure you have everything you need to get settled comfortably.
